Saturday Delegates
As well as our weekend guests, we also warmly invite couples who want to attend on Saturday only, due to cost, childcare or other reasons.
Candlelit Dinner Dance
As in previous years, we will be holding a dinner dance on the Saturday evening. This is included in the price for weekend and daily delegates.
Children
As families often want to spend their precious weekends together, this year we have arranged for a children’s programme for the whole weekend, so that you can all be together. There will be a creche for the youngest children and teaching and other activities for children up to 12 years.
Prices
With the options of weekend and day attendance, child rates for different ages and early-bird rates, the prices are somewhat complex. The cheapest rate for a couple for the weekend is £370, which includes accommodation, meals from Friday evening dinner to Sunday lunch, candlelit dinner, refreshments, conference costs and use of the hotel and spa facilities while you are there.

Weekend Rate:
Includes accommodation in a Classic Room, all meals and refreshments from Friday evening meal to Sunday lunch, inclusive, and the Saturday evening dinner dance.
Includes conference fees and use of hotel facilities from Friday morning to Sunday evening.

Children
Supervised activities will be provided on Friday evening and Sunday morning
A teaching programme will be provided on Saturday daytime.
A creche will be provided for 0-4 years. There is no cost for children 0-4 years.
The child rate includes the Saturday evening dinner dance.
Children will be accommodated in extra beds with their parents, or in interconnecting rooms – at the hotel’s discretion depending on numbers and ages.
Hotel
The hotel is easily accessible from the A46 which links the M40 (J15) and the M1 (J21)/M69 and has lovely grounds to walk in.
