Course Instructions

  1. Couples agree to keep all discussions during the course confidential.
  2. Recording of course meetings is not permitted.
  3. Reproduction and/or distribution of 2=1 materials or resources without consent is prohibited.
  4. Couples are not permitted to bring babies or children to courses and are responsible for arranging their own childcare.
  5. Graduation certificates will only be provided to couples completing a course. If a couple miss a meeting (due to exceptional or unexpected circumstances) 2=1 will use its reasonable endeavours to provide a make-up lesson but the provision of such a lesson cannot be guaranteed.
  1. 2=1 is a teaching ministry and offers no professional or clinical counselling. 2=1 does not present its staff or field leadership as medical or psychological experts capable of dealing with severe emotional or psychological disorders. 2=1 courses or materials are not intended as a substitute for professional or pastoral counselling.
  2. Materials, resources and teaching provided on 2=1 courses are provided on the basis of 2=1’s Core Values. Acceptance onto and continued admission to a course is at the discretion of 2=1.
  3. Group leaders will keep all the discussions confidential unless they involve a safeguarding issue.

Terms & Conditions

Prices for course

  1. Standard price per couple = £50. Additional price if paper manual is required £15.
  2. Concession price per couple = £30. Additional price if paper manual is required £15. The concession price applies to couples who have done one of our courses before or are full time students or are in full-time Christian ministry or on government benefits.

Course Dates and Times

  1. Subject to Clause 1.2, the dates and times shown for courses on the 2=1 website are correct as at their date of publication.
  2. Should the dates and/or times of a course for which a couple has registered change they will be notified in advance by 2=1 using the contact details provided on the completed course Registration Form. If the couple are unable to attend the course on the revised dates and/or times they may:
    1. register for another 2=1 course by sending an email to uk@2equal1.com specifying which alternative course they want to attend (the available courses are detailed on the website) or
    2. request a credit, which can be used against a future 2=1 course or other 2=1 event or
    3. request a full refund of the fees paid (in which case they should provide details of the bank account into which they would like the refund to be paid).

Payment Policy

Payment in pounds sterling (£/GBP) is due upon registration to a 2=1 course.

Cancellation Policy

  1. In the event that the course for which a couple have registered is cancelled by 2=1 they will be notified in advance using the contact details provided on the completed course Registration Form. In such circumstances the couple may:
    1. register for another 2=1 course by sending an email to uk@2equal1.com specifying which alternative course they want to attend (the available courses are detailed on the website) or
    2. request a credit, which can be used against a future 2=1 course or other 2=1 event or
    3. request a full refund of fees paid (in which case they should provide details of the bank account into which they would like the refund to be paid).
  2. A couple may cancel their registration on a 2=1 course up to fourteen (14) days before the course is scheduled to begin. They should send an email to uk@2equal1.com confirming their decision to cancel, reason(s) for cancellation and provide details of the bank account into which they would like the refund to be paid.
